In accordance with the Distance Marketing of Consumer Financial Services Law, the Terms & Conditions of Use do not require a physical signature but have the same legal effect and establish the same rights, duties, and responsibilities as a printed agreement signed by both parties. If, however, you would like to receive a printed copy of your Agreement, duly signed and stamped by us, please send us two (2) signed copies of the document, and we will send back a countersigned copy to you.

In compliance with the Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on key information documents regarding retail collective investment products and insurance investment products (commonly referred to as "PRIIP"), we are required to deliver to you, prior to concluding an agreement/transaction, the Document Containing Key Information, so-called "KID" (Key Information Document).

The uniform format and content of KIDs are designed to help you to understand the product characteristics and allow you to compare products offered by various entities on the financial market. Due to the number of products offered by us, which are covered by the requirements of the PRIIP Regulation and for your convenience, we have prepared a separate KID for each group of instruments.
